In 2019 I was trying to navigate the marketplace for my family’s health insurance and was becoming very frustrated and lost. I found Mark’s information, called him up, and to my delight he came to my house and walked me through the process. In 2020, I waited until the last day to go onto the Marketplace and of course became super confused, anxious, and thought all was lost UNTIL I remembered Mark!
